The objective of the study is the cytocidal and inhibitory effect of energy-controllable pulse on ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3.Ovarian cancer cell suspension were treated by electric pulse with different parameters,.The inhibitory rate(IR) was assayed by modified colorimetric MTT methods,the growth curves of two test groups and one control group were also measured.and the ultrasturctureal changes were observed under electron microscopy(EM) and scan electron microscopy (SEM),It was found that the treated SKOV3 cell proliferated more slowly.IR was increased with the enhancement of pulse paramters,The ultrastructural study showed that morphological changes occured obviously.Swollen mitochondria,fracutured ridges,cytoplasmic vacuoles and membrane holes appeard in most of the processed cells,and a part of bilayer membrane was ruptured.It is indicated that irreversible electric breakdown occurred in some of the treated cells,and the electric pulse could kill cancer cell and inhibit its recovery and growth.  相似文献

以蚕豆根尖为材料,用微核实验和染色体畸变试验方法,研究不同浓度的8-羟基喹啉与对苯二酚对蚕豆根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数、微核率和染色体畸变率的影响.结果表明:不同浓度的8-羟基喹啉与对苯二酚使蚕豆根尖细胞有丝分裂指数明显增加,诱发较高频率的微核,在一定浓度范围内,其微核率随处理浓度的升高而升高,但随着诱变剂浓度的升高而呈下降趋势.两种诱变剂还能诱导染色体产生多种类型的畸变,染色体畸变率随着处理浓度的增加而升高,随着浓度的进一步增加却呈现下降趋势,但均明显高于对照组.  相似文献

Variables that address student enrollment patterns (e.g., persistence, enrollment inconsistency, completed credit hours, course credit load, course completion rate, procrastination) constitute a longstanding fixture of analytical strategies in educational research, particularly research that focuses on explaining variation in academic outcomes. However, nearly all measures of enrollment patterns are handicapped by untested assumptions about a more fundamental measure, namely students’ rate of progress. In this paper, I first explain how a variety of widely used measures of enrollment patterns are inextricably linked to students’ rate of progress. I then describe a method of modeling mathematically students’ rate of progress that employs hierarchical (multilevel) discrete-time event history analysis of repeated events. I conclude with an empirical example of the application of this method in which I test several hypotheses concerning students’ rate of progress through the remedial math sequence toward the outcome of college-level math competency. In addition to the utility of the method that is proposed here, the issues discussed in this paper have important practical implications for institutional research, particularly with respect to the use of the various measures of enrollment patterns to explain variation in students’ attainment.

A zero-dimensional single-zone double-curve model is presented to predict fuel burning rate in stratified charge engines, and it is integrated with GT-Power to predict the overall performance of the stratified charge engines. The model consists of two exponential functions for calculating the fuel burning rate in different charge zones. The model factors are determined by a non-linear curve fitting technique, based on the experimental data obtained from 30 cases in middle and low loads. The results show good agreement between the measured and calculated cylinder pressures, and the deviation between calculated and measured cylinder pressures is less than 5%. The zero-dimensional single-zone double-curve model is successful in the combustion modeling for stratified charge engines.  相似文献

Using a database of allstudents in higher education in the UK in1995–1996, students with dyslexia and those withno reported disability were compared in termsof demographic properties, programmes of studyand academic attainment. Students with dyslexiaconstituted 0.42% of all students resident inthe UK. Their representation varied with age,gender, ethnicity and entrance qualificationsand with their level, mode and subject ofstudy. Students with dyslexia were more likelyto withdraw during their first year of studyand were less likely to complete theirprogrammes of study, although with appropriatesupport the completion rate of students withdyslexia can match that of students with nodisabilities. In addition, students withdyslexia who completed first-degree programmestended to gain a poorer class of honours thanstudents with no reported disability, but 40%obtained first-class or upper second-classhonours. In short, dyslexia may havedeleterious consequences for progression,completion and achievement in higher education,but it is by no means incompatible with a highlevel of success, given appropriate commitmenton the part of the students and appropriateresources on the part of their institution.  相似文献

高校评教是高校教育教学管理中的重要一环。文章针对目前已有的评教系统数据源单一、数据使用不充分、教师反馈不及时、师生互动性欠佳、学生评教积极性不高等现状,提出了一个高校评教系统新框架,以评教结果的使用范围为目的,反推出评教数据来源应具备多次性和多样性。每学期多次评教,实现教师与学生的互动,促进学生评教积极性,促进教师及时改进教学方法。评教人员除了学生之外,还应包括督导专家和往届生。  相似文献
